With over 40 years of successful aviation operational and management experience, NorthGate Aviation Ltd. focus is on tenant property leasing suited to the needs of the aviation community. With over 70,000 sq.ft of property, NorthGate offers premium office space, aircraft hangar and aerodrome departure facilities.

As part of NorthGate’s commitment to the Aviation industry adjacent to our Calgary properties is a surface pay parking lot that offers daily and weekly parking primarily used by Charter airlines for their customers.
